Heinrich - Zwickel Lager 4.4% 🍺

An unfiltered, young lager. A Franconian speciality; sweet and malty, balanced with a moderate, crisp bitterness. Naturtrüb & Lecker.

To ‘Zwickel’ means to pour beer directly from the tank to taste it while it is still in its lagering process. We serve this beer straight from the tank at our E&C venue. 😋 Have you tried it yet?

Moving our 2000l brewery into place inside the ‘Pop Up’ Mercato Metropolitano in 2017 💪

Some fun facts about the delivery:🚚
• The truck caused a major traffic jam in E&C
• The low-bed trailer just about fit through the gate
• Our rented forklift sank into the gravel when lifting up the brewhouse
• We had to detach one of the tanks in order to cope with the weight
• The brewhouse was delivered the wrong way on the trailer so we had to turn it by 180 degrees
• Since the ground was so uneven we had to move the frame cm by cm
• To use the equipment we used slabs of concrete, plywood, pump trucks and manpower
• It took 2 months of installation to get the brewery up and running
