It is with a heavy heart that we have decided not to reopen Kym’s. The decision comes after careful consultation with all partners and staff. We're extremely proud of the Kym’s team and everything we’ve achieved since opening our doors in the City. It has been a fantastic journey and we’re grateful to Bloomberg for their support.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the closure of Kym’s.⠀

The health and well-being of our customers, team members and wider community is our main focus and we need to protect as many people as we can from this global health crisis. We are not sure how long we will be closed for, but will keep you informed on developments. ⠀

We are launching our lunchtime Grab & Go tomorrow with lunch boxes for £1 only!* 🌸 Come try our selection of Chinese roasted meats, like our crispy pork belly & slow-poached soy chicken, and our vegan Sichuanese spiced aubergine for £1 each. Doors open at 12h00!⠀⠀

Happy New Year from the whole team at Kym's! 🌸 We hope to be welcoming you back in 2019 when we open our doors again on the 3rd January! Until then we have something very exciting to announce: We have teamed up with our friends at Seedlip for an exclusive event on the 16th January! For one night only, Andrew Wong and Ben Branson, founder of Seedlip, will be hosting a special dinner at Kym's consisting of a sharing menu, including some of our favourite dishes, paired with bespoke non-alcoholic cocktails created by Ben exclusively for Kym's. Celebrating Dry January, the pair will be discussing the rise of non-alcoholic drinks and will be available to answer questions from guests throughout the evening. To get to the restaurant at Bloomberg Arcade in London, there are several options for both public transport and driving/parking.
For public transport, you can take a train or bus to Bank Station or Cannon Street Station, which are both within walking distance of Bloomberg Arcade. Alternatively, you can take the Underground to Monument Station or Mansion House Station.
If you prefer to drive, there are several parking garages nearby that offer hourly rates. The closest is the Q-Park at 20 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AW. Other nearby options include the NCP car park at 12 Bucklersbury, London EC4N 8BW and the APCOA car park at Baynard House, Queen Victoria St, London EC4V 4BQ.
Once you arrive at Bloomberg Arcade, simply follow the signage or ask for directions to find the restaurant.

Kym's Restaurant, located in the Bloomberg Arcade of London, was a modern Chinese restaurant that served innovative dishes and drinks. The restaurant showcased the art of Hong Kong roasted meats as well as creative interpretations of well-known favorites from all regions of China's culinary landscape. Unfortunately, Kym's Restaurant announced its closure in March 2020 due to the global health crisis. Despite this, Kym's had a fantastic journey since opening its doors in the City and was grateful for Bloomberg's support. The loyal guests who had visited Kym's over the past year and a half were thanked for their amazing support. Although it is no longer open, Kym's Restaurant will always be remembered for its delicious food and excellent service.
