At Honey & Co., we try to make the most of each and every season. From forced rhubarb folded into our cakes and spooned over yoghurt and ashura, to blood orange brightening our fish tagine, to celeriac crowning our labneh - no fruit or vegetable is too humble or too bold to earn its place on our menu. The cold months don’t ask for sympathy - just good olive oil and a hot pan.
So here’s our ode to the best of Winter, before Spring comes in with all its swagger, glory and green optimism. We’re ready for it. But we’re not done eating just yet.

What people say
Honey & Co. Bloomsbury, located on Lamb's Conduit Street in London, is a must-visit restaurant for anyone who loves Middle Eastern cuisine. The restaurant is owned by Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich, who have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the standout dishes on the menu is the Haifa style falafels, which are fragrant and herby - a classic Honey & Co. dish that you simply have to try. And if you're looking for something sweet to end your meal, the late-night cheesecake is an absolute must-try. But it's not just about the classics at Honey & Co. Bloomsbury - they're always experimenting with new dishes too. The artichoke zeytinyulu is a great example of this - it's made with almost-spring vegetables like new potatoes, celery, artichokes, courgettes and Turkish peppers braised in olive oil and lemon, topped with pine nuts and yoghurt. And if you're a fan of shakshuka, you'll love their take on it - choose between classic spiced red sauce or herby fragrant green broth. With its delicious food and friendly atmosphere, Honey & Co. Bloomsbury is definitely worth a visit!
