If you're taking public transport to Waterloo Road in Romford, the nearest station is Romford Station. From there, you can take either bus 66 or 86 and get off at the Waterloo Road stop.
If you're driving, there are several parking options nearby. The closest car park is located on South Street, just a short walk from Waterloo Road. Alternatively, there is also a parking garage on Angel Way that you can use.
As for the American restaurant and fast food restaurant located on Waterloo Road, they are both situated near the bus stop and car park mentioned above. Just look out for their signage while walking along the road.
