Another batch of the vibrant pink sauerkraut is ready. After a fermentation process of about 4 weeks 💥 Packed with live probiotics, enzymes and nutrients such as fibre, iron and magnesium. Apparently about 90% of the body’s serotonin is produced in the gut. So by looking after our gut health we support the production of our “happiness hormone “ serotonin 😊
