This glorious weather has got us in a throwback to Summer 2025 - with a sprinkling of hard work, dance moves, serving spoon karaoke and more “Order Number 69”’s than you can could dare to imagine! 🕺🏻

We work hard, extremely hard, but like to have as much fun as we can along the way. If you manage to catch a lovingly delivered strangle from Mendy, then you’re part of the fun (please don’t call our HR, we all love each other, I promise).

We’re gearing up for another great events season this year and can’t honestly wait to catch you all in a field somewhere soon. ☀️🏕️

Apologies for the lack of posting - we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on some amazing things that are coming to MANDALA very, very soon!

But first, did somebody say NEW MARKET? 👀

The cat’s out of the bag - you’ll now be able to catch us at EVERY Saturday from 11AM-5PM! It’s been a minute since we’ve been to the market and have now found our home there at the brand spanking new Saturday market.

We’ll also be making another special appearance at this Friday & Saturday, which we’re SUPER excited about! 🎡

Yes, it’s those infamous dumpling dealers with their mouth-watering Himalayan-style dumplings.

Their little parcels of happiness have been were sorely missed over the last few months but you’ll be able to get your fix of their traditional pork and leek, signature beef or vibrant green vegan dumplings at our 5th BIRTHDAY PARTY on Sunday 26 March from 10am - 4pm! 🥟

WHAT’S THIS THEN? 👀

Today, we’d like to introduce you to a little something that we’ve been working on behind the scenes for a loooooong time.

This is ‘The Nirvana Bowl’, which is one of the TWO NEW DISHES you’ll soon find when visiting MANDALA, which we’re calling our HIMALAYAN LUNCH BOXES. 🍚🥟

The Nirvana Bowl is a nutritious bowl of slow-cooked chickpeas in tomato, caramelised onion and spices over bed of fluffy steamed rice, served with corriander, fresh chillies and lime. 🌱

Want to expand your lunch box? Why not add 3 dumplings of your choice as the ultimate side to your new favourite dish!
