Christmas Cake is being dressed with marzipan for shipment. Made to my mother's recipe the Christmas cake is made with semolina, cashew, ginger, dried and preserved fruits.
The fruits have been steeped in brandy. This is a slow baked cake for 3 hours.

Wild Atlantic Salmon fillets oven roasted with Rasai Ceylon Warm Spice Mix over seasonal greens tempered in Sri Lankan blacK pepper with a velvet white sauce infused with Sri Lankan Cinnamon & thym. Great on its own or with rice.

For those using public transport, the nearest station is Beckenham Junction which is served by Southern and Thameslink trains from London Victoria, London Bridge and East Croydon. From there, take the 367 bus towards Bromley North Station and alight at Beckenham Beacon. The destination will be a short walk from there.

For drivers, the restaurant is located on Bromley Road (A222). There is limited pay-and-display parking available on the surrounding streets with some restrictions on weekdays during peak hours, so it's best to check signs before leaving your car.
