The Lambic in the cellar is refreshing, complex, and juicy with three different options to choose from - Kriek, Rose de Gambrinus, and Saint Lamvirus. The rotating selection of selected cheeses such as Cornish Yarg and Cashel Blue with pickled grapes and charcoal crackers are perfect for a snack. To enhance your experience, try the Moscato Pampanuto from Quanrantialici - a nice and easy drinking orange wine. The fresh drop of low intervention/natural wines includes Sfera Macerato with stone fruit and honeydew melon notes backed up by crisp green apple acidity; Sfera Rosso made from a field blend of organic grapes grown in Lombardy with notes of ripe strawberries, candied red fruit, red apple skin; Mas Théo Pink Paradise featuring grapes known for their bold flavor & edges; Yves Duport L'Intact Gamay Pet Nat - dry wonderfully fresh and incredibly juicy.
