Those one, will be forever my work jeans. And Dan will always have long hair.
Beach boys playing, good mood, a laugh and always so much love.
This place, this business is for me a joyful place of achievement.
It has been a long journey. With ups and downs. It ha been a long 3 years.
Was not easy at all. I’ve learned many things. I’ve met people. I’ve laughed. I’ve cried. I’ve danced. I’ve been proud. I’ve been miserable. I’ve worked like a donkey. I’ve loved every single day for different reasons.
I have had tried absolutely everything possible to try to keep going. We are living in a strange and heavy historical moment. And I just can’t survive anymore.
To my team?
I could not be luckier to have you as part of this project. And you’ve been a massive stone of this journey.

I will never tank you enough for the effort. The support. The understating. The hugs. The laughs.
Am I crying? Yes lots.
Am I leaving a dream? Maybe. Just a little bit. Or for a little while. Just in the corner for a moment.
I had so much support.
Best suppliers ever in the universe!

Thank you for the most brilliant experience I could ever asked for! Best 3 years of my life.
Love you all.
For who’s know me properly. I’m still dancing 🥰❤️

We are starting the week like this. With a sort of storytelling.
This is a raspberry mascarpone meringue. For someone could be just a cake.
For me is a reason to wake up in the morning.
Everything in the shop is handmade by me.
Many years ago I started working in a kitchen thinking I would love to learn how to cook properly. I left UNI for this, and managed to disappoint my father. I realised in no time, I liked it for real, I started in a small restaurant near my hometown. The chef was crazy af. But I was coming back home each night overexcited.
Long story short I wanted to learn English somehow, I moved to London at 22yrs old. A luggage, a ticket and no one I could call.
I found a job, then another. I started my career in a man’s world. I started by peeling potatoes, crying, peeling and learning and peeling.
And cry till would not have more energy. Hiding in a walking fridge. And start every day all over again.
And learn, push and try harder.
Until I was leading a full kitchen of 20 people by the age of 31. Long way up. Ups and downs. A pit stop in Paris for 1 year for a pastry school diploma.
And another language in my pocket. Which tells my love for French cuisine.
14 years have passed by.
I own my business. I speak 3 languages.
I survived hard and tedious times.
I worked my as* of. Like literally.
That little cake, tells all the effort I made. And the love I still feel for my kitchen. That little cake represents nothing more than my dream.
It is also delicious. But hey, mama’s kid is always nice.
Smash this week peeps! Happy Monday

Green is still my favourite colour. And green for me is hope.
There is always anyway those kind of overwhelming days. Where nothing is going right. And you still kinda decide if you need to go left.
Was not a super cool Sunday, but we had amazing customers as usual. Your faces guys. Awwww and the sharing of thoughts. Just love it.
Could I be more content? I don’t think so.
The brain is still flying the week away.
Are we ready for tomorrow?
Rolling, cooking, glazing and getting ready to hit the week. Such a cool feeling.
Have a lovely chill Sunday eve.
