SBPCC - Sarawak Black Pepper Curry Chicken
As the end of summer becomes a distant memory and a frosty November takes centre stage, take a moment for the chicken. Specifically this chicken. The SBPCC wants you to come eat it, indulge in it, mop up its gravy with a side of coconut rice perhaps. Do the right thing, eat a SBPCC this November. 🫵

KAM HEONG MUSSELS
A fan favourite when we first moved to Clapton (almost a year ago 🤯). Chunky mussels from stir fried in a soybean paste with curry leaves and Birds Eye chilli. Finished off with an unholy amount of prawn floss 🍻

SOTONG MASAK HITAM
A classic Malay dish where squid is cooked in its own ink, fragranced with a rempah made up of heaps of lemongrass, ginger and dried chilli.
The flavours are amped up by our favourite combination of seafood & the stuffed pork belly mince, whilst everything is brought together with our squid garum.
The garum itself has been made at home over the past year, filling the house with the smells of the sea!

The Kam Heong Mussels are back bb 😘 delivering the goods once again…
The mussels are wok fried and tossed through a soybean paste, curry leaves and Bird’s Eye chilli mix ending in something quite nice actually. The dish is then topped with a generous layer of prawn floss 🫰🫰🫰
