A lot goes on after our Christmas cakes are baked 🤗
You can totally skip the crumbling process and enjoy the cake as Rich cake. But we'd like to go a little bit extra and crumble the baked cake, add jam and honey, pack in to the cake trays, give it a lovely layer of marzipan and cut into desired size before adding on festive wrap. This step makes the Christmas cakes taste even better, more moist, lush and truly extra special ❤️🎄
