This summer, Dalloway Terrace is reimagined as a sunlit garden in partnership with - an elegant homage to the wildflowers, honeyed botanicals and spring waters of the Surrey Hills.
A considered collection of four cocktails captures the spirit of the season, from the softly floral Frankie to the bright, effervescent Surrey Hills Highball, alongside Gold Cup and Royal Ascot Blush, a refined nod to Silent Pool Gin’s return to .
Served daily from 12pm until 4pm, the summer Afternoon Tea reflects British seasonality at its most elegant: poached salmon tart and free-range chicken with lovage pesto, followed by heather honey cake, juniper and blackberry éclair, and peach with tonka bean.
