Standout bar takeover, direct from Stockholm brewing up pourovers. These guys consistently release some of the world’s best coffees, so we can’t wait to see what they will be brewing up! The two founders and legends will join us Alexander & Oskar 🤩

Liam representing Moonstruck on the Coborn stand. The beautiful people at Coborn have invited Liam to brew up some of their delicious coffee at the inaugural Bloomtown Coffee Festival - a celebration of coffee created by Coborn and Batch Baby, happening in the space above the cafe in the Rose Lipman Building.

Sun 17th, 9am - 12:30pm, London Coffee Festival Liam representing Moonstruck on the PLOT stand. The festival wouldn’t be complete without us teaming up with our favourite roastery, the coffee we serve everyday in the cafe - PLOT roasting based in Woolwich, with their now legendary stand on the ground floor at LCF. Liam will be helping out Sunday morning, so come say hello and try some of PLOT’s amazing new releases. 🩷☕️

We have LIFT on the bar at Moonstruck this Saturday!
Based in Notting Hill, West London have been a top cafe for many years, now roasting amazing coffee as well, we had to get them in to showcase their killer lineup.
Chester, who runs LIFT will be brewing up these delicious coffees from the world’s top farms on the bar as pourovers:

We’re one of the cafes nominated for Best Independent Cafe at the London Coffee Festival Awards 2026. Voting closes Wed 8th April and the winner will be announced at the festival which takes place 14-17 May at The Truman Brewery on Brick Lane.
We’re also nominated for The Best Coffee Shops UK 2026, a nationwide list of the best cafes in the UK which feeds into the best list for Europe later in the year. .uk

A.M.O.C. rosado blend in the hopper as house espresso at Moonstruck all weekend! 💥

A Matter of Concrete (A.M.O.C.) is a forward thinking and seriously good, roaster based in Rotterdam, Netherlands - the brainchild of former Coffee Masters Champion Rob Clarijs .cc 🏆
Moonstruck has been a part of a special event where A.M.O.C. released a rosado washed x rosado thermal shock blend for espresso, cafes around the works have been serving this all month.
Expect a fruit bomb of raspberry and rhubarb with a delicious praline chocolate richness ☕️✨
We’ve had great feedback all month in the cafe having this as a house espresso option, but now it’s time to go all in! A.M.O.C. rosado is in the hopper and will be served with all drinks this weekend!

We’re excited to have coffee from Substance Cafe (Paris) and The Picky Chemist (Belgium), on the bar at Moonstruck Cafe.
Both roasteries excel at selecting incredible lots which are artfully roasted, very much on the lighter end of the spectrum. This maintains and highlights the beautifully delicate characteristics of these amazing coffees.
All available on the bar as pourovers in limited quantities.

At Moonstruck we like to create a relaxed, friendly environment to enjoy a coffee and good company. It’s a space where you can slow down and take a moment.
Photographer David Wilman visited the cafe recently, and captured these beautiful shots on a Hasselblad with Tri-X 400 film.
David: “Analogue photography represents a slower pace, taking a moment to think about what it is you wish to capture. It’s about intention, reflection and the non-instant gratification once you press the button.”

Based out of Chicago, Shoebox source their coffee with clean yet complex tasting profiles in mind, then roast on the lighter side of things to preserve all that wonderfully delicate fruitiness excellent coffee inherently has 🍑🫐🥝✨

Announcing the Moonstruck House Espresso! 🎉 Selected by us, roasted by the wonderful people at PLOT – this is a super juicy Kenyan coffee from the Muthuaini washing station 🇰🇪 (swipe left to see the location from above) 🌍
A key concept of Moonstruck Cafe is having world-class coffee as our house espresso, meaning you can order your regular drink and get something special ✨ This washed Kenyan coffee is juicy and vibrant with tasting notes of redcurrant and cranberry.
Careful curation of the espresso recipe, our meticulous preparation of every shot, along with us utilising turbo shots results in a smooth, balanced espresso which is a delight as a straight espresso, and deliciously fruity with milk.
See you soon at the cafe to try this amazing Kenyan coffee, it will be one of the most delicious house espressos you’ve tasted. ☕️✌🏻
🤓 A few other nerdy facts about our Kenyan house espresso:
+ Our turbo shots with this coffee are currently running at 17 seconds, this includes a 5 second pre-wet of the puck
+ Great coffee like this can benefit from a longer ratio to extract all the delicious flavours, we are currently using a 17g coffee dose to a 44g espresso yield
+ We use the Barista Hustle AutoComb to prepare every shot for even extraction and reduce the chance of channeling, particularly important when running turbo shots
+ PLOT roast on the lighter side and on a Loring so we rest our house espresso at least 6 weeks to ensure it’s fully degassed, at peak flavour, with stable extractions

On pourover at Moonstruck we have two coffees from Parcel - a new roastery based in Normandy, France from the current World Roasting Champion 🌍🏆 Mikaël Portannier and Damien Buretier - we have a fruity floral coffee from Ethiopia 🌸🍑 and a deliciusly sweet Guatemalan coffee to enjoy. Hand delivered to Moonstruck by the guys, it was such a pleasure to have them in ✨ Available on the bar now! ☕️

We have Machina coffee here at Moonstruck Cafe! Based in Edinburgh, Machina are a roastery and cafe, with a reputation for excellent sourcing 🏴✨☕️
It’s an amazing selection including a Sidra Bourbon from the legendary Luis Anibal Calderón as well as so much delicious from all over the coffee world 🇷🇼🇨🇴🇨🇷🇹🇿🇲🇽 Grab a box on the retail shelf while you can and try probably your first Sidra Bourbon (a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica) on the bar as a pourover! ☕️
