At Moonstruck we love filter coffee, espessialy when we get the chance to brew up something special on pourover (aka hand brew) 🤩
It’s fun being a mulit-roaster, it means we always have a decent selection of different roasters on offer for pourover. Occasionally though, things get a little out of hand 👀
We have a particularly amazing line-up right now, coffees available from these incredible roasters:
• Taith Taith (Simmos collab special) Simmos
• Mirra Mirra Coffee
• Sip Collective Sip Collective
• PLOT PLOT Roasting
• Coffee Collective (Takesi Gesha) Coffee Collective
• Goût & Co Goût & Co ®
• Outline Studio outlinestudiocoffee
• Scenery Scenery
• The Picky Chemist Stéphane Ribes
• feri. feri. | london roastery
• Dialect dialect coffee
• Shoebox Shoebox Coffee Roasters
Hopefully see you soon at Moonstruck for a delicious filter coffee ✨ ☕️

Pourovers from Picky Chemist & Goût & Co on the bar at Moonstruck ☕️✌️
Stéphane Ribes
Goût & Co ®
At Moonstruck we’re seriously falling down the ultra light roast rabbit hole 🐰 It’s a bit of an acquired taste, but brewed correctly and enjoyed thoughtfully, there is a whole world of wonderfully delicate tasting notes and flavours present which might otherwise be lost or obscured by a more developed roast. ✨🌸
It can be a fine line for the roasteries when you get into this very light roast territory, but when they get it right, it’s a true joy 😌 This is why we are always excited to have the very best on the bar.. in this case we have coffees Belgium based Picky Chemist and China based Goût & Co! 🤩
Picky Chemist
• Thiririka, Kenya - AA Washed
• El Turpialv, Columbia - Washed Gesha
• El Dorado, Ecuador - Washed Gesha
• 3x Gesha Village lots as a tasting flight - Honey & Washed Gesha
Goût & Co
• El Porvenir, Colombia - Dark Room Dry Honey Gesha
• CGLE Las Margaritas, Colombia - CGLE-17 Honey
• Altieri Mima Alessa, Panama - Green Tip Gesha Dry Fermentation Cold Natural
It was such a pleasure to dial in these coffees for the team, so delicious we were left speechless a few times. 🙀
Looking forward to sharing the joy here at the cafe, everything is ready to brew with very limited quantities! 💫

A.M.O.C. rosado blend in the hopper as house espresso at Moonstruck all weekend! 💥
⬛️⬛️⬛️ ⬛️⬛️⬛️
A Matter of Concrete (A.M.O.C.) is a forward thinking and seriously good, roaster based in Rotterdam, Netherlands - the brainchild of former Coffee Masters Champion Rob Clarijs .cc 🏆
Moonstruck has been a part of a special event where A.M.O.C. released a rosado washed x rosado thermal shock blend for espresso, cafes around the works have been serving this all month.
Expect a fruit bomb of raspberry and rhubarb with a delicious praline chocolate richness ☕️✨
We’ve had great feedback all month in the cafe having this as a house espresso option, but now it’s time to go all in! A.M.O.C. rosado is in the hopper and will be served with all drinks this weekend!
