We’re closing for a short period to rejuvenate, upgrade our systems and improve the food we provide to you.
You can still preorder for your catering for delivery or pickup from the 13th November onwards.
Keep an eye out for our Christmas menu. If you’re catering for large groups over the Christmas period and need us to take some of the load off your shoulders, send your enquiries to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

One year ago on 19th June 2020, Netty opened the doors to her food truck. Her dream was to share her love for her native cuisine with the wider Tooting community.
A year on, we’ve been featured in Tooting local magazines, highly recommended on Google by our customers with a near 5 star ⭐️ rating, launched on Deliveroo, catered for NHS staff, local schools and many others.
Running a small business is challenging but with all the support and love from each of you. We’ve managed to keep our doors open so that we can continue to share the food we love.
If you’re in the local area, don’t forget to pop by and celebrate with us through the week of 20-25th June.
Also, please join us in wishing Netty a happy birthday today 🎉🥳🎂🎁🎊🎈

Tonight was pretty surreal. We were victims of theft!
As we were closing down for the day around 8.30PM. A group of 5 Eastern Europeans 2 women and 3 men likely Romanians (women were in noticeable traditional dress) stole our new Jerk/BBQ drum.
You’re probably wondering how did this happen under our noses? Let me explain…whilst Netty was outside packing away the tables, chairs and jerk drum, she was approached by two Romanian women wearing traditional dress. The women asked if they could buy some water. So Netty went back into the shop to make the sale. We wouldn’t normally sell whilst closing as standard but since it was water it was okay.
Little after completing the sale Netty returned outside to pick up where she had left off but only to notice that the jerk drum was not there. She was clearly shocked and confused.
Just over an hour later we learnt from our neighbour and regular customer that she witnessed 3 men running away with our jerk drum. They proceeded to load it into the boot of their car that was parked next to a local charity shop on Tooting High Street.
This is a devastating blow for us. We’re only a small family run business and cannot absorb such losses. Moreover it’s depressing, has a real impact on morale and our ability to serve our customers.
We know we may never get our jerk drum back. However we plead to you all to be vigilant. And if by chance you have witnessed this event please could you share it with us.
Equally if again by any godly odds you’re at a Sunday market or have noticed a jerk drum that might have come online for sale on Facebook marketplace, gumtree or otherwise please keep an eye because it could just be ours. Check out stories for the type of jerk/BBQ drum. There shouldn’t be a world where people like these can prosper at the demise of others. We are devastated.
CUSTOMER NOTICE: Finally we’ll do our best to get a new jerk drum in time for lunch service tomorrow. If you’re popping down and you’re not sure. Send us a quick message here to check in advance if we have jerk chicken available.
