Our Kalupol Chicken Bun has been a firm favourite this summer, and a reimagining of a Hoppers classic that we think deserves its own moment.
Grilled kalupol chicken, sweet seeni & mustard cream, and green chilli & herb sambol, all packed into a buttery toasted bun.
Pair it with our Palm Sour: Banana Spiced Rum, coconut orgeat, red rice and lime. Rich, vibrant, and built to remind you of Sri Lankan sunsets.

Inspired by Onam, Kerala’s harvest festival, our Sadya-style spread brings colourful dishes like ash plantain and coconut curry, pumpkin and cowpea dry curry, and a beetroot and mustard pachadi, plus a trio of rices, pickles and papad. Want to go further? Add Trivandrum chicken fry, fish peera pollichathu or mutton gassi.
£40pp and £5 from every ticket goes to Feeding the Future, supporting underprivileged children in Sri Lanka.
