I put three soft bananas in then added a little more SR flour to hold it up. So the cake was bigger but so bouncy. I added vanilla essence.

This loaf was heavier dough.I put in flaxseed and linseed. It had a crunchy outer. Tasted delicious.

Loaves of bread baked in the bread maker smell so delicious and taste lovely but get hard within 24 hours. But I toast it and it tastes great again with plum jam.
