As we come into spring (well not today ❄️) the Houghton Springs trout is back on the menu. We love this Dorset based farm as it produces beautiful ikejime fish. As well as the sushi course we occasionally use it in none sushi dishes. As ever link in bio to book.

As we slide gracefully into 2023 it’s time for a seasonal shake up of our omakase menu. The winter menus are filled with comforting, warm and wholesome dishes. Pictured is the Kamo Owan (lidded duck soup), with celeriac broth and walnut tofu. This is a slightly heavier soup compared to the summer menus, the perfect antidote to the cold winters days.
Stay tuned for more dish alerts and as ever please follow the link in our bio to book.
See you very soon. Tamas and Tomoko
