Toms been coming to see us for bloody years, and it was time for him to try our big Death Row Breakfast platter… we leave nothing at the table with this dish… a bacon chop, crispy pancetta, pastrami bacon, black pudding, sausage, eggs, smashed butter browns, hp gravy, eggs toast tomato’s and mushrooms… oh yeah and a big juicy bone marrow.

Some lovely messages have come through over the past few weeks. When we started Salt Shed, there was absolutely no plan to open a restaurant, we knew nothing about it. We just wanted to trade at some music festivals. It seemed cool.

So when we receive messages saying our breakfast or roast is someone’s favourite (two dishes we never thought we’d ever do), that our staff made someone’s day a special one, or that people in other countries have even heard of us & drive long distances to come to us… well, it’s a real pinch-me moment.

If you are travelling to Bethnal Green Road in London via public transport, the nearest tube station is Bethnal Green Station. From there, you can walk towards west on Cambridge Heath Road and take a left on to Bethnal Green Road. The food stall/stand will be located on your right side.

If you are driving, you can park your vehicle at the paid parking spots available nearby or at the nearby parking lots such as Arnold Circus Car Park or Sclater Street Car Park. From there, head towards the east on Bethnal Green Road and you will find the food stall/stand on your left side.
