Craving chicken’s one thing. Craving a decent future is another. Turns out we’ve got an answer to both. Our restaurants are thousands of young people’s first job. We’re one of the biggest youth employers in the country. But have you noticed that you need work experience to even get work experience? That’s a privilege loads of people can’t afford…

Enter UK Youth. They’ve been a legendary partner in developing Hatch with us - a programme designed to train up young talent for the world of work. The goal is to make sure *anyone* can be confident starting their career no matter what barriers they’ve faced.

Our first 80-strong flock of young talent have just flown the coop after 8 weeks of learning and doing. But this cohort is only the first of bucketloads to come. Watch this space: by 2030, we want a third of our UK workforce to be home-grown through Hatch.
