👋🏼 this is Katerina, responsible for Alex coffee’s logo and insta page. This is a picture of us exactly 7 years ago when Alex opened his shop! I kept the receipt as a proof that it had finally happened 🧾 Believe it or not, we went through so many names before Alex realised that he only felt comfortable with the simplicity of Alex coffee. Alex coffee might be a “one man show”, but there is a small BTS crew making it all happen! Lovely visit from our roaster yesterday who always manages to roast our coffee beans to Alex’s standards… aka perfection 👌🏼
