On my annual charity I went to my son’s school and made for them 60 gyro wraps that were sold for £5 each. I didn’t take any cut, and we covered the food cost, meaning all the money went to the school to make great things for kids’ future and education.
I love doing meaningful charities. I know it’s not much, but showing up for my son and making him proud is all that matters.
Charities make you feel good. If that means you want to show your charities, then do it and say it, you’re still doing great for your community.
My charities are selfish, I do it also for me to feel good

A quick update on our new openings!
The hoardings are up at Canary Wharf, and work is officially underway—we’re aiming to open in about 4 weeks! Over at London Fields, we’ve faced some setbacks, but things are back on track, and we’re also targeting an opening in 4 weeks.
The past few months have been incredibly stressful, but we’re making steady progress. Growing without investors or loans is definitely a challenge, but we’re determined to get there. Thank you for your support—it means the world!

This Christmas Eve, my family and I prepared and donated around 70 Chicken Souvlaki and Halloumi wraps. We packed everything into bags, loaded up my car, and headed to St. George’s Hospital. We visited the ambulance fleet before moving into the A&E department.
We explained that we had come uninvited to show our respect and appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
I shared this experience with my son, teaching him that for us to enjoy Christmas and for Santa to come, some people need to work to ensure we have the help we might need—especially hospital workers who dedicate their time to caring for others, even on holidays. He was so happy to help distribute the food throughout the hospital, and it was a moment that made him proud.
This was another day that I was able to make my son proud while showing him the value of gratitude and giving back.
Thank you all for your support and trust this past year. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone.
God loves you all ❤️

Feta, Cayenne Fresh Chilli, Wholegrain Mustard Sausage
Inspired by a very close family friend, Evi, every time we go to her house or we have a dinner at our house she will bring her spicy feta dip, and I always say that this is the best spicy feta dip I have had in my life, so I thought to make a sausage inspired by that.
80% Beef, 20% Pork, Feta, Cayenne Fresh Chilli, English Wholegrain Mustard, Black Pepper, Garlic, Salt
