Meet Julija, our General Manager ✨
Originally from Lithuania, Julija has been working in hospitality since 2006, starting her journey as a waitress and gradually expanding her experience in Greece, where she spent seven unforgettable summers refining her craft and deepening her love for the industry.
Hospitality for her is not just a career – it’s a lifelong learning path she continues to walk every single day. Her philosophy is simple: treat every guest like family and make them feel truly welcome.
In 2019, Julija joined our sister restaurant, Wild Tavern, where she became an integral part of the team. In 2023, she moved to Wild as General Manager, bringing her experience, dedication and natural warmth to the role.
