x WILD
Three cocktails, three different takes on familiar favourites, all built around the character of Mezcal Reina Espadín.
Picante Verde
A spicy Margarita-style serve with a greener, more savoury edge from green bell pepper, balanced with mango, lime and chilli.
Pickleoma
A twist on the classic Paloma, bringing together the fresh, floral side of a Hugo Spritz with the sweet savouriness of Three Cents pickled cucumber soda.
Passion in Oaxaca
A bright, fruit-forward serve bringing together Mezcal Reina Espadín, passionfruit, lemon and Sarti Rosa, with a touch of sweetness.
Here until October 3rd 🐆

From our raw bar.
All the right things: silky bluefin, sweet blood orange, and that little hit of pickled radish. Put them together and you’ve got something special 🥵

Rumour has it, there’s a place in Notting Hill where the pasta is made in-house and you go in for one plate, then somehow find room for one more?!
