Wild Tavern, located on Elystan Street in London, is a must-visit for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. This neighbourhood restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its focus on wild seafood and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

One of the standout features of Wild Tavern is their commitment to using only the freshest and most sustainable ingredients. Their Langoustines are caught on day boats off the Scottish coast and served lightly grilled with their Tavern made Sicilian herb salt, while their Wild Seabass is caught off the Cornish coast on day boats and thinly sliced before being marinated with a citrus emulsion.

The menu at Wild Tavern is carefully curated to capture the rich flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. Diners can indulge in dishes like Linguine topped with freshly shaved truffle and parmesan or signature Tuna Tartare, perfectly paired with a crisp white wine from their selection of over two hundred bottles.

Overall, Wild Tavern offers an authentic culinary journey through the South of Italy that will leave your taste buds wanting more. With its commitment to sustainability and fresh ingredients, this Italian-inspired restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
