This week is Dementia Action week and we are raising funds to support those affected by dementia and help promote a dementia-friendly society.

Dementia affects the lives of many of our regulars and is close to my own heart after loosing my mum last year to early onset dementia. 1 in 3 people born today will develop dementia in their lifetime, but yet it remains such a lonely disease for those going through it, especially the carers.

This week bring down ALL your cash and join in with our games and raffles. Take our memory testing quiz. Even a colouring competition for the kids to win an ice cream and pancakes! We have information and booklets for those wanting to learn more or needing advice.

We are looking for an ad-hoc team member to join our kitchen crew! Pop in or send over your CV to brookesbr6@gmail.com 👩...
