✨ EL OCASO IS HERE: Our New Limited Edition Seasonal Coffee! ✨
Introducing our new, super-special seasonal release. This ‘Editions’ coffee comes from El Ocaso Farm in Colombia, owned by Santiago Patiño. Santiago is all about pushing boundaries. He focused on a wild varietal called Caturron (think super sweet, dark purple cherries) and then put it through a complex, 45-hour aerobic fermentation.
That detailed process gives you a cup that is rich, full-bodied, and totally unique.
We taste notes of:
▫️Cardamom
▫️Prune
▫️Coriander Seed
Origin: Colombia 🇨🇴 | Process: Extended Fermentation
📍 Limited availability online and in our shops!
