The suitable candidate should be familiar with Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine and have at least 3 years experience as a Chef Manager in a good and recommended restaurant. Good command of English and Hindi/Bangla. As the Chef Manager, you will be highly enthusiastic about delivering the best hospitality experience and inspire others to act similarly. The Chef Manager will be overseeing the budgets and spending as well as the development of the team! Supervising the staff. We are seeking Chef Managers who love to get the team involved and deliver the best hospitality!

Our prospective manager will pose creative thinking towards achieving our business goals. We believe that to achieve our goals she/he will have (a) Supervising staff, (b) Managing budgets (c) Planning menus (d) ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines (e) overseeing stock levels (f) ordering supplies (g) producing staff rota (h) handling customer inquiries and complaints (j) taking reservations (h) Keeping statistical and financial records. Good command in English (at least B1 standard).
