We arrived with a vision: rustic Italian warmth, basil leaves, ripe tomatoes, sun-kissed flavours, and a table that felt like a celebration in Tuscany.
Think basil-and-tomato inspired tablescaping, vibrant colours, and a spread that felt like a long Italian summer lunch:
• Mushroom brindisi
• Prosciutto & mozzarella salad with balsamic glaze and pine nuts
• Sun-dried tomato & Parmesan arancini
Mains: Baked Mediterranean fish, mixed seafood pasta, vinegrette salad
Dessert: A classic tiramisu to end on a sweet note
