A little taste of Galicia, with our own La Gamba twist.

Pulpo á la gallega is one of Spain’s most loved seafood dishes, traditionally pairing tender octopus with potatoes, olive oil and paprika.

Our take brings together beautifully tender octopus, rich romesco sauce, potatoes and Padrón peppers for a dish that celebrates the bold, simple flavours of Spanish cooking.
