A freezer essential 🤍
Our range of frozen köfte is available, with hellim köfte currently our most popular.
Perfect to keep on hand — simple, convenient, and full of flavour.
Cooking Instructions:
• Heat oil to 170°C
• Place köfte gently into the oil — avoid overcrowding
• Do not move for the first minute (they are delicate)
• Turn carefully and fry for 5–6 minutes
• Cook until deep golden brown

🤍 A very busy weekend for our variety boxes!
Our standard variety box includes:
• Bulgur köfte
• Kıbrıs badadez köftesi
• Böreks (nor, hellim, meat & sigara börek)
• Helva
• Zeytinli muffin
• Tahinli swirls
These boxes are very popular for mevlit gatherings, but they’re perfect for any special occasion.
In this video, we also catered for a birthday celebration 🎉
For this order, the customer customised their box by replacing the helva and Kıbrıs badadez köftesi with pilavuna and dolma.
Our boxes can always be tailored to suit your event and taste.

Crispy on the outside, flavourful and soft inside — ready whenever you need them.
Easy to prepare. Perfect for iftar.
Cooking Instructions:
• Heat oil to 170°C
• Gently place köfte into the oil — do not overcrowd the pan or fryer basket
• Once in the oil, do not touch for the first minute (they are delicate)
• After a minute, carefully rotate
• Fry for 5–6 minutes or until deep golden brown
