IDEAL DAY: BREEZY //

“Drinking is an agricultural act”

The Tamar Valley (Cornwall) based have made this superb herb sour, which we are delighted to be pouring. They’re a fantastic family-run brewery who are all about sustainable and regenerative farming practices, and championing their local growers.

This sour is full of freshness, thanks to the Lemon Balm and flowering herbs which the guys grew in their polytunnels (just 50m from their brewery) and used to bring a beautiful herbal character to the beer.

We really like these guys, and think that what they’re up to is playing a very important role in British farming and brewing. We think you’ll like them too.

SUPER CATTIVO & TONIC 🍊

This drink quietly snuck onto our menu last year but now that the sun is starting to peek out, it feels right to shout about it a little bit!

is a beautiful wine-based aperitif, handmade with fruit and aromatics from Burgenland. Expect bitter, vibrant, refreshing flavours.

We serve it with tonic because that’s our favourite, but it’s also lovely just as it comes, over ice!
