Kindly Read before applying
Serve customers “The Pepe’s Way”
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Communicate orders to colleagues to provide effective and accurate service for customers at all times
Keep the public areas of the store clean and tidy at all times
Inform customers about the day’s specials
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software
Keep back of house tidy and safe at all times
Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
Serve food and drink orders
Check weekly rota for days/hours of work
Requirements
Proven relevant work experience
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
Basic math skills
Attentiveness and patience for customers
Excellent presentation skills
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Team spirit
Flexibility to work in shifts when required
Active individuals who are not lazy at work

As a fast pace working environment we are looking for a friendly and energetic applicant who is able to connect with collages and customers.

Applicant needs to be presentable at all times with hygiene.
Store Opening and closing times 11:00am to12am, 5 Days a week.
11:00am to 01:00am 2 days a week.
