Made entirely in-house — from the silky caramel anglaise to the German almond streusel, layered with four varieties of apples: Granny Smith, Royal Gala, Braeburn, and Bramley, slowly baked with burnt butter and cinnamon for a rich, comforting depth of flavour.

Finished with cinnamon mini crispy meringues for a delicate touch of spice and texture.

The wait is finally over.

After months of planning, refining, and hard work behind the scenes, we are proud to introduce the LA Cafe Evening Dining Experience.

Starting next week, LA Cafe Bistro will officially open for evening dining every:

Thursday • Friday • Saturday

With two sittings each evening:

6pm – 8pm
8pm – 10pm

This will be an intimate, reservation-only dining experience with very limited availability.

All bookings must be made exclusively through our website, and all meals will be pre-ordered at the time of booking so every service can be prepared with the care and attention it deserves.

Bookings are now officially open, and tables are limited.

We are incredibly excited to welcome you to this new chapter of LA Cafe and cannot wait to share our evening food and drinks experience with you all.

What started as a tiny café with coffee, cakes and a dream has today become something far beyond our imagination. From a humble coffee and a cake spot to a multi award-winning bistro with elevated cuisine, loved by Sutton and London, this journey has only been possible because of YOU.
Every coffee served, every breakfast created, every soup, special and seasonal dish, every review, every recommendation, every kind word — it all means more to us than you will ever know.
Over the last five years we’ve grown, evolved, learned and pushed ourselves every single day to give our community and our customers the very best experience possible. From innumerable newspaper mentions,countless awards and thousands of beautiful reviews across all social platforms, to becoming the NO-1 Sutton’s favourite independent spots and most talked about in south London— we are truly humbled.
