From Dagenham East station, take the Bus 174 towards Harold Hill and alight at the Becontree Heath Leisure Centre stop. Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the destination.
Alternatively, if you are driving from the A12, take the A1112 exit towards Dagenham and continue onto Ballards Rd. Turn left onto Wood Ln and left again onto Oxlow Ln. Parking is available on nearby streets or in the leisure centre car park.
