Club Gascon Club Gascon is a Michelin-starred French restaurant located in Clerkenwell and led by Chef-patron Pascal Aussignac, offering imaginative plates of food inspired by the cuisine of southwest France. With a well-curated wine list, guests can enjoy traditional Gascon flavours in a modern, innovative style alongside hidden talents from the region's wine producers. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday, Club Gascon also boasts a newly refurbished wine and cocktail bar 'Le Bar', open all-day Tuesday to Friday from midday until close.

We’ve been truly overwhelmed by the kindness and support you have shown us since sharing news of our closure.

To our guests, past and present team members, suppliers, partners and everyone who has written, called, booked or shared memories of Club Gascon, thank you. Reading your messages and memories has meant a huge amount to us all.

A small reminder that Le Bar will remain open, and we very much hope to continue to see you there for cocktails, French wines and small plates, Tuesday to Friday evenings.

With both gratitude and a heavy heart, we share that Club Gascon will be closing its doors following dinner service on 28th March.

Since 1998, it has been our privilege to celebrate the cuisine and spirit of Gascony in London; welcoming guests from around the world and sharing a dining experience rooted in tradition, seasonality, and creativity.

We are deeply thankful to our loyal guests, and to our incredible team past and present, whose passion and dedication brought Club Gascon to life every day. We're also incredibly grateful for the loyalty, support and enthusiasm shown by our community, and for the recognition we have received, including nearly 25 years of Michelin stars and other accolades.

Until our final service, we will continue to welcome you for lunch Wednesday to Friday and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.

We look forward to sharing many more moments together before 28th March.

Escaoutoun is a is a polenta like dish from the Landes region of France made using finely ground white cornmeal. It soaks up flavour and was often a substitute for bread.
