86 on - END OF AN ERA 🚨
Yesterday we closed the hatch on our Camden Market unit for the very last time 💔
We’ve been there since summer 2016, and honestly… it’s hard to put into words what that little spot has meant to me, and to STAKEHAUS.
Getting that pitch when took over Camden changed everything. I was about 23, figuring it out as I went, suddenly running a 7-day-a-week operation with more hope than sense. Camden taught me how to graft, how to lead, how to back myself….and it gave us years I’ll be forever grateful for.
So many people came through that hatch. Regulars, first dates, hungover Sundays, tourists, locals - every single one mattered. Serving you all has genuinely been an honour, and something I’ll always carry with me.
Camden isn’t what it once was for us, and saying goodbye hasn’t been easy. But all good things have their time, and this chapter feels complete.
As I get ready to welcome a new life any day now 🍼, it felt right to close this door and make space for whatever comes next.
Thank you Camden.
You made us.
And you’ll always be part of our story 🖤🥩

ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END 😢
Sad to say it but our year at has been cut slightly short due to a refurb on the building… needless to say it’s been a wild ride down there 💫
We served close to 20,000 steaks and absolutely loved being down in Brighton… it was certainly a learning curve operating a site in a city where we don’t live but feeling very thankful that we had the opportunity 🙌

To reach Camden Market, you can take the Northern Line of the London Underground and exit at Camden Town Station. Alternatively, there are several bus routes that pass through the area, including numbers 24, 27, 29, 31 and 88.
If arriving by car, there are several car parks located within walking distance of Camden Market. The closest is probably St Pancras Station Car Park on Pancras Road, but others include Britannia Street Car Park and NCP Car Park London Euston.
Once inside the market, you should be able to easily locate both the steakhouse and chicken restaurant as well as various food stands scattered throughout the premises.
