Our Culinary Director, Anthony, has shown you how to cook the perfect steak, so now it’s time to learn how to make our signature chimichurri.
To make this recipe, you’re going to need the below ingredients:
650g red peppers
500g onions
100g garlic cloves
300g parsley
300g coriander
300g chive
10g oregano
10g aji molido
2lt vegetable oil
41g salt
65ml sherry vinegar
