Authentic Italian Potato Pizza is one of the most surprisingly delicious pizzas we've ever made. Have you ever had potato pizza? If not, don’t wait any longer!

Potato pizza has such fabulous flavor. We are not exaggerating when we tell you will most likely be shocked at how good it tastes. As always, the quality of ingredients is key. such as using potatoes that have been shredded on the teardrop shaped holes of a grater and topping the pizza with Fior di latte mozzarella (a superb hiest quality cows milk mozzarella).
Potato pizza is a variation on the gold standard of Roman bread, "pizza bianca"— pizza with just olive oil, rosemary and salt that amounts to so much more than it sounds.

NEW BEEF RAGU' SUPPLI' (arancini) just added to the menu and are already a new UNMISSABLE star!
We offer a variety of SUPPLI'( Arancini) from the classic version (tomato and basil) to the gourmet versions: spicy, Gricia with guanciale and beef ragu'.
The ragu', a slow-cooked robust tomato sauce infused with the flavor and fat of braised beef is mixed with rice. Once formed, the rice balls are coated with breadcrumbs and then deep-fried.
We love call our Suppli' (arancini) the “rice with a soul” because each one contains a delicious melted mozzarella "heart".
