We’re resetting the food at The Alliance.

The truth is, we haven’t got it right. It hasn’t been consistent enough, strong enough, or good enough for the standards we set ourselves.

So rather than papering over it, we’ve gone back to the drawing board and decided to make a proper change.

Introducing

A new pizza concept built around crisp, flavour-packed pizzas, 72-hour sourdough, and a fun retro feel. We want to bring real energy back to the food at The Alliance, great pizza, cold drinks, good music, sport on the screens, and a space people want to come back to.

This is a fresh start, and we’re genuinely excited about it.
