An update from the team at JOY.

We’re working incredibly hard to adapt JOY into something new for November as we all wait out this new lockdown, and while we are closed today and tomorrow WE WILL REOPEN this Saturday 7th November from 10am with an all new, and dare we say, rather joyous superstore.

We are transforming the dining room into a Covid-secure enjoyable, warm and friendly space with great vibes, music, fresh coffee to takeaway and plenty of decent shopping. We will open seven days a week from 10am until 8pm.

Our friends from Pastaio London will be here in residence, rolling out fresh pasta ready for you to buy and to take-home, cobble_lane will be here selling their incredible selection of artisan British charcuterie, we’re building our very own Cheese counter and there’s also a Dessert bar coming soon as well.

Our friends at The Goods Shed are expanding their shop too and as well as tons of fantastic fruits and vegetables they’ll be selling larder essentials too. You will also be able to pre-order their incredible selection of free-range meats and day boat fish and collect it form JOY too. Uncharted wine and Biercraft are still here and we hope to announce even more residents soon.

FLORA restaurant will stay open for takeaway and offer a daily menu of comforting, cooked food at lunchtime and dinnertime. You’ll be able to pre-order and collect your food from us, or you can simply drop in and we’ll make sure you leave happy, and with something delicious cooked by our wonderful team of chefs.

There will be on-site parking at JOY – head to 555 Harrow Road, ring the buzzer and mention you're for JOY and someone will let you in. You can then find us by heading over the bridge just across the Regent’s Canal.

-

Our online shop – BUY JOY - has more inventory added each day (including household essentials) and we are now extending delivery to 10 miles and will offer a Friday delivery slot from next week too.

JOY has always been a co-operative response to the situation we find ourselves in and our vision has always been to create an outstanding hub that serves the local community and guarantees jobs. We have a wonderful team of passionate and highly skilled staff and with the main restaurant closed we are doing everything we can to ensure that they're taken care of – your support, whether it’s by visiting us in person to do some shopping or by shopping with us online, helps us and our suppliers out enormously.

JOY will continue to adapt, evolve and grow. We are here for you. See you Saturday from 10am

What people say

Craft London is a shining example of what makes British restaurants so special. With a focus on quality and collaboration, this restaurant, café, cocktail bar, and shop offers world-class products that are crafted with care. From the roasting of coffee to the smoking of fish and the fermentation of vegetables, Craft London uses almost exclusively British produce bought from farmers they know well. The result is a menu that is both seasonal and ever-changing, with dishes cooked over a custom-built wood fire and breads made using their own tandoor oven.

But it's not just the food that sets Craft London apart. The interior is crammed with the best of Britain, from Scottish tweed to British limestone and London-designed furniture and lighting. And with acclaimed Chef Stevie Parle and designer Tom Dixon at the helm, you can be sure that every detail has been carefully considered.

Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Craft London has something for everyone. So why not stop by and experience the best of modern British cuisine?
