Craft London was a British restaurant located in North Greenwich that offered an innovative and modern approach to traditional British cuisine. The restaurant's focus on quality in production was evident through their collaborations with experts to craft world-class products such as roasted coffee, smoked fish, cured meats, and fermented vegetables. Using almost exclusively British produce bought from trusted farmers and suppliers, the menu offered an ever-changing, seasonal selection of snacks, starters, mains, and desserts cooked over a custom-built wood fire. Additionally, Craft London also served as a cafe, cocktail bar and shop catering to all sorts of dining experiences. Sadly, this restaurant is now permanently closed.
