The tea room is located on Brick Lane in London. For public transport, take the London Underground to Aldgate East station or Shoreditch High Street station and then walk along Brick Lane until you see the tea room. Alternatively, take a bus that runs along Brick Lane and get off at the nearest stop.
If driving, there are several car parks nearby including the Truman Brewery Car Park or Whitechapel High Street Car Park. However, please note that parking can be limited in this busy area so it may be easier to use public transport.
