This shouldn’t be vegan... but it is 🤯
Introducing our “Lamb” Koftas 🌱🔥 a dish that’s been over 5 years in the making, quietly perfected behind the scenes by
Charred koftas, grilled flatbreads, spicy crème fraîche 🌶️, fresh salsa verde 🌿, and a rich jerk BBQ sauce to bring it all together.
The real question is... should we put it on the menu? 👀

6 years in the game ❤️
From a small takeaway spot in Tooting to opening our flagship restaurant in Angel — the journey’s been full of risks, lessons, setbacks and milestones.
One thing Jordan’s learned along the way: if you don’t truly love what you do, the hard days will break you.
We’re always focused on what’s next, but moments like this remind us to stop and appreciate how far we’ve come.
Being voted the #1 Caribbean restaurant in London is something we’ll never take for granted.
And truthfully… we still feel like we’re only getting started 🚀
