NEW SERIES ALERT 🚨 | READY STEADY VEGAN 🌱
We’re putting founder Jordan through his paces and seeing if he can keep up with Chef in the kitchen 👀
For Episode 1, they’re both taking on a Jam Delish breakfast classic: our famous vegan saltfish with ackee, hard dough bread and avocado.
Same dish, two cooks but who did it better? Who do you think won: Jordan or Nathan? 👇🏾

Would you believe us if we told you these patties were 100% vegan? 🌱
Jordan our Founder and Head Chef , took our ‘chicken’ and ‘saltfish’ patties to the streets to put them to the ultimate test.
The verdict? Even a few Jam Delish regulars made an appearance 😂
Think you could tell the difference? Let us know in the comments.

We’ve heard it too many times: “vegan doesn’t sell” 🙄
Meanwhile, we’re serving a full restaurant, building concepts people are asking for and proving there’s a real appetite for what we do.
Our vegan chippy concept is ready. All it needs now is a home 🏡
If you’ve got a space, or know someone who does, our DMs are open.
And if you’d love to see this concept become a reality, show this some love and share it with someone who needs to see it!

In honour of Jamaican 🇯🇲 Independence, we put the public to the test!
Name a Jamaican artist (no Bob Marley or Vybz Kartel) and taste one of banging “saltfish”or curry “chicken” patties.
Which artist would’ve been your answer? 👀
