To get to Dagenham Road in Dagenham, you can take the District Line (Green) or the Hammersmith & City Line (Pink) on the London Underground and alight at Dagenham East Station. From there, you can take Bus 174 towards Harold Hill or Bus 103 towards Rainham and get off at Becontree Avenue/Heathway Medical Centre. Walk straight ahead past Morrisons until you reach the corner of Dagenham Road.
If you are driving, take the A12 towards Romford and exit at the junction for the A124 towards Dagenham East. Follow this road until you see signs for Heathway/Dagenham Road. There is limited on-street parking available in the vicinity of Dagenham Road, so it is recommended to park in a nearby car park such as The Mall shopping centre car park or Morrisons car park.
