We’ll be having a soft reopening launch on March 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, giving our community the early opportunity to come by and have a weekend treat. We will then be opening permanently on March 7th, 2024, and will remain open from then on. Our hours will remain the same as before (Sunday - Wednesday: 12pm-9pm, Thursday - Saturday: 12pm-10pm).
Come by for favourite flavours and new flavours, returning team members and new team members, and more exciting things ahead!

Starting next week, we’ll be closing GioLato for the rest of the autumn and into the winter.
It was a tough decision but we’re excited for the strength it’ll help bring us into the spring. We appreciate all of your support, especially the last two winters, and look forward to seeing you again come March.

Well it’s been a summer! Between the coldest July we could’ve asked for, to heat waves this September, we’ve now been open for two whole summers.
Speaking of “whole,” we thought now would be the perfect time to announce a new initiative we’ve been working on that we’re so excited to launch - GioLato Wholesale!
