Coming to the end of another long hot summer (in the kitchen) 🤪🔥
This one has taken me to (the kitchens of) Puglia, Provence, Jersey, Normandy and Corfu. It can be pretty hard work but I am so grateful that my job allows me to explore new places, markets and supermarkets, sampling local produce and using seasonal regional ingredients to create new dishes, meeting and feeding lovely people. It reminds me how lucky I am to have a job that is also my passion. It doesn’t feel like hard work when you love it. 💖
