This apple flavour is part in thanks to Idyll Wild Apple Soda. Created by our good friend Marcus Dzelainis, Idyll Drinks brings distillation to the forefront of soda, harnessing the potential of each ingredients flavour. The Wild Apple Soda includes British apples sourced from regenerative farms, foraged sweet woodruff & hogweed as well as Orleans’s method cider vinegar.
