Week 21 of dos chef spesh dos shops
Over at we are bidding farewell to the homie Archie (as he moves up north or some s**t like that ) and it’s only fitting to see him out with his favourite slice The Hughes ..and like always no repeats so we made some changes so here we go with the Hughes part 2 reloaded

This week chef spesh are some real fuego
we got what is basically a lux tricolour boi . OTS ; mozz , marinara , crispy smoked pancetta , creamed spinach , shallots , and finished with a heap of parm
we got a trifecta of brine with the BOIZ . OTS ; mozz, FDL , onion voddy Tom , anchovies , and OLIVES …but like the best olives you’ll ever have a trifecta of them (La Ribera-Big juicy & Big spicys and the stuffed boiz)

we got an ode to love wit the I.H.W.S.H chef spesh . OTS ; FDL, Mozz, NY Deli style pastrami , topped with beer pickled mustard seeds and a gherkin
we got MUSTARDDDD! A slice with more heat than sense some would say . OTS; mustard mayo base (dont ask just f**k with it), fennel sausage , jalapeños, and red peppers
