Adobo na, bomba pa 💣 Meet our CPA Bomba.
Slow-cooked organic pork belly and juicy chicken thighs, marinated in our rich house adobo sauce until sobrang lambot at malasa. Wrapped in our sourdough pandesal, fried golden and crisp, then finished with garlic oil, black pepper, and Maldon sea salt. Fluffy, juicy, savoury and sweet 😋 Always served warm 😉

Working on this for a while 😊 Our house sourdough ube pandesal filled with a rich ube halaya and melty creamy Eden cheese, fried to golden perfection—crispy outside, soft and pillowy inside 😮🔥
Piped with a housemade guava jam for that sweet-salt-sour balance 👌😋
Finished with a jersey milk, vanilla & ube glaze and topped with more grated eden cheese.

Hot Honey x Keso Bicho-Bicho....
Inspired by recent trips to Mexico City, we have made a Indulgent spiced cheese Bicho-Bicho and glazed it in our housemade hot honey 😋 spiced with coconut vinegar, siling labuyo, and various herbs for that slow-building, addictive heat 🌶️🍯 Then we finish it with generous lashings of Parmigiano and a touch of chili salt for that perfect sweet–savory kick.

Tonka Bean Dulce de Leche ✨
Our new Bibingka special for March 😊 We slowly infuse tonka bean into our housemade salted dulce de leche, swirl it into our bibingkas before baking until golden, then finished off with more tonka bean caramel 😉, Malagos Chocolate cocoa nibs, and golden flecks of freshly grated tonka bean.
Rich, aromatic, medyo sosyal but still very much our signature bibingka. 🤎

The_kapihan is a coffee shop that offers a unique interpretation of the modern-day Kapihan. The story behind the shop is heartwarming, as it was inspired by the owners' Lolo Ruperto's love for barako coffee and pandesal. The rotating selection of specialty micro-lot coffee is brewed to perfection in a cast iron pot, just like how Lolo Ruperto used to do it. The aroma of the coffee can be smelled from across the road, making it an irresistible treat for any coffee lover.
The owners' journey of discovery led them to some of the best artisanal producers around the Philippines, where they learned about traditional baking techniques from scratch. After years of practice, they are now proud to be part of the wonderful community in Battersea, serving fine flavors from over 7,000 islands.
The family-run business founded by two brothers David & Nigel Motley, their sister Rosemary and David’s wife Plams has become a hidden gem tucked away in a little corner on Battersea Park Road. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of delicious coffee while catching up with friends or reading your favorite book. If you're looking for an authentic and heartwarming experience with great coffee and baked goods, then the_kapihan is definitely worth checking out!
