From dialling in the grind to perfecting the pour, we take the time to refine every recipe—because every coffee deserves to be experienced at its very best. Using tools like the Origami and Hario drippers, our baristas focus on bringing out the unique character of each filter we have on the bar.
We currently have some lovely guests on filter:coffee - an anaerobic natural from Guatemala and a washed bourbon from Guatemala - washed geisha from Peru

Looking back at the year & deleting old pictures, found the design sketches completed for our railings which prompted this post
In the beginning we planned to hire someone & got quoted £2000+ for the design & implementation. We didn’t have the budget & looked to order custom parts which came with an estimated cost at £1000. At this point, .maunsell convinced us to order building parts & tools. We rolled up our sleeves, drilled and cut; ended up delivering the project under £400
Looking forward to more projects in 2026
