A traditional Georgian Supra (feast) is known for its incredible variety of dishes, served to the table step by step.
We begin with cold dishes, followed by freshly baked pastries, then hot dishes, and finally desserts.

But here’s the interesting part: nothing leaves the table. Unlike in many cultures, where starters are cleared before the main course arrives, every dish stays in front of you. We sometimes joke that we have layers of food on the table! 🤭

That’s simply the Georgian way. The only things that go back to the kitchen are empty plates, because you never know what you’ll feel like eating next. A real Georgian Supra, shared with your favourite people, can last for hours. We spend that time talking, laughing, singing, making toasts, and dancing - it’s an experience that makes Georgian hospitality truly unique ✨
