Zupa is a food stall located on Tuam Road that offers delicious Polish delicacies. Their homemade dumplings, gourmet soup, and beef goulash are just some of the mouth-watering dishes that customers can enjoy. Zupa's presence at the Royal Arsenal Farmers Market on the second and last Saturday of every month has made them a popular choice among locals. Their commitment to using fresh ingredients in their dishes is evident in the quality of their food. Although they recently announced that they will be postponing trading for an unforeseen future, their loyal customers will always remember them for their fantastic journey and great community spirit. If you're lucky enough to catch them at the market, make sure to try their potted duck and red borscht - they're simply divine!
